Rogue Studios Terms & Conditions
Payment
All sums are payable at the end of the session or on invoice with prior agreement.
All Sums on invoice are payable within 30 days of the date of issue. Rogue Studios
reserves the right to charge interest on late payments and a collection fee of £15.00
per debt where deemed necessary. Interest will be charged at 5% above the base rate
of Lloyds Bank PLC. No product will be released from the recording studios until
full and final payment has been made. All recordings remain the property of Rogue
Studios until full settlement has been made. All non-payment will be pursued.
All online bookings are considered confirmed once payment has been taken. Normal
cancellation terms apply.
All refunds will be issued as a credit note.
In the event of an error with the online booking system, you will be issued a credit
note.
No online booking is confirmed until you receive the confirmation email.
Rehearsal Cancellations
Less than forty eight hours (48 hrs) notice will result in a charge equal to the
original cost of the session including any backline equipment reserved for hire
from Rogue Studios.
Less than one hundred and twenty hours (120 hrs) will result in a charge equal to
50% of the cost of the original session including any backline equipment reserved
for hire from Rogue Studios.
Recording Cancellations
We require a 50% deposit for all sessions. In the event of a cancellation the deposit
will be returned if cancellation is more than 14 days before the session.
Storage
Rogue Studios can accept no responsibility for equipment left on the premises either
while in storage or for any other purpose whatsoever.
Equipment left in storage shall be paid for in advance on a monthly basis by standing
order.
In the event of any outstanding sums being owed to Rogue for storage, the studio
reserves the right to sell equipment to recover the amount owed.
Reasonable steps will be made to return any remainder to the original owner.
Rogue studios are not responsible for any loss of recording data. All data backup
and data storage is the responsibility of the customer.
Backline
Rogue Studios reserves the right to exchange any backline item with an equivalent
item at any time.
